The automatic painting line for steel components is a fully automatic intelligent spray painting assembly line developed for the spray painting of steel structural components. It has the advantages of high spraying efficiency, good spraying quality, uniform coating, saving paint, energy conservation and environmental protection.

Adopting assembly line operation, 3D visual scanning, intelligent recognition of components, and automatic completion of painting work. The reciprocating spray painting space is small, and the energy consumption of paint mist treatment is low, creating a cleaner, healthier, and more environmentally friendly spray painting environment. Spray first and then dry, achieving offline and immediate loading.

To prevent the lifting device chain from being hit by components and ensure the safe transportation of components; Adopting a scissor lift design, with a single load-bearing capacity of 3.5T; Multiple safety detection devices ensure that multiple components are sprayed side by side simultaneously, and the automatic adjustment function can adjust the transportation speed according to the spraying speed.

Equipped with a fast chasing function

Adopting a chain T-shaped support design, the spacing between each support point is uniform and the contact points coincide. The component spraying process is unobstructed, reducing subsequent paint repair work. One click automatic operation of the equipment, intelligent adjustment of the travel distance between each batch of components, reducing spraying intervals, and improving work efficiency.

Intelligent scanning of 3D models of steel components

Perform comprehensive scanning of steel components, the recognition system automatically draws the shape pattern of steel components, and intelligently stops spraying on placement gaps, bolts, and brackets.

Equipped with intelligent start-stop dual spray guns

There are 6 spray guns with different angles on top and bottom, each with intelligent start-stop and automatic switching to deal with different structural components. The spraying speed can reach up to 1.3 meters/min (within a width range of 3 meters).

Natural gas catalytic infrared radiation drying system

The drying system adopts a French Sunkiss Matherm infrared heating plate, where natural gas is mixed with air in a certain proportion and undergoes flameless combustion on the catalyst surface to avoid energy loss caused by visible light emitted by gas-phase combustion. It has advantages such as high efficiency, energy saving, environmental protection, and durability.
