Firstly, the steel structural components are placed on the conveyor chain, and then the components will be sent to the paint spraying room along with the conveyor mechanism. During this process, the components will first be scanned by an intelligent scanning mechanism to obtain the three-dimensional structure of the components, preparing for painting. Then, the components enter the negative pressure paint spraying room, and based on the results of the previous scanning, they will be automatically programmed to switch between the upper and lower sets of twelve gun heads for three-dimensional painting. The painted components will enter the drying room for drying, and then be transported to the unloading area for direct unloading, stacking or loading (if a second painting is required, the components can be re hung for a second painting, or an additional set of paint spraying rooms and drying rooms can be added). During the painting and drying process, paint mist and VOCs will achieve negative pressure. After being collected and treated by filter cartridges, dust collectors, and VOCs treatment facilities, it is discharged in compliance with standards!
