Automatic painting equipment painting process

First, put the steel structure components on the conveyor chain, and then the components will be sent to the paint room along the conveyor mechanism. During this process, the components will first pass through the intelligent scanning mechanism to scan the three-dimensional structure of the components to prepare for painting;

Then the components enter the negative pressure paint room, and automatically program according to the results of the previous scan, switching the upper and lower groups of twelve gun heads for three-dimensional painting;

The components after painting enter the drying room for drying, and then conveyed to the unloading area for direct unloading, stacking or loading (if a second coat of painting is required, the components can be hoisted back for a second coat of spraying, or an additional set of paint rooms and drying rooms can be selected);

During the painting and drying process, paint mist and VOCs will be collected under negative pressure, and after being treated by the filter cartridge dust collector and VOCs treatment facilities, they will be discharged in compliance with the standards!
