The steel structure components are placed on the conveyor chain, and then the components are sent to the paint room along the conveyor mechanism. During this process, the components will first pass through the intelligent scanning mechanism to scan the three-dimensional structure of the component in preparation for painting. Then the components enter the negative pressure paint room and are automatically programmed according to the results of the previous scan. The upper and lower groups of twelve gun heads are switched for three-dimensional painting. The painted components enter the drying room for drying, and then are conveyed to the unloading area for direct unloading, palletizing or loading (if a second coat of paint is required, the components can be hoisted back for a second coat of spraying, or an additional set of paint rooms and drying rooms can be added). During the painting and drying process, paint mist and VOCs will be collected under negative pressure, and after being treated by the filter cartridge dust collector and VOCs treatment facilities, they are discharged in compliance with the standards!
