A Persistent Challenge for Many Manufacturers
Loading a single large container...
It’s not uncommon for it to take three or four hours—and working overtime until late into the night is hardly a rarity.
A Change in Strategy: Lower the Container to Load It
Our factory used to operate this way, too. With high shipping volumes, we were loading containers and working overtime every single day.
Eventually, we simply couldn't take it anymore, so we designed and manufactured a piece of equipment ourselves:
The Container Lifter.
The concept is simple:
First, unload the container from the truck onto the ground; once loading is complete, lift it back into place.
With just this one change, the results were night and day.
Ground-Level Loading: Efficiency Doubles Instantly
With forklifts operating at ground level, visibility is wide open and maneuverability is unrestricted—no more having to gingerly inch your way inside the container.
A job that used to take three hours...
Can now be completed in just over an hour.
Whether shipping to Vietnam, the U.S., or Mexico—with 40-foot containers rolling through one after another—we no longer have to pull all-nighters just to get shipments out the door. Our staff can clock out on time, and everyone is happy.
32-Ton Load Capacity: It Can Handle Any Container
This lifting system...
Features four-point support with a total load capacity of 32 tons per unit
(8 tons per support leg); certain configurations can handle up to 40 tons.
20-foot small containers, 40-foot large containers...
Even 45-foot extra-large containers...
Are absolutely no problem.
Lifting or lowering takes about one minute...
And the operation is rock-steady.
The base features screw-type stabilizing rods to ensure it remains absolutely motionless during operation. It can lift containers up to 1.7 meters high, making it compatible with containers of all standard specifications.
Synchronized Lifting + Independent Adjustment: Handling Any Uneven Surface
The four support points can
lift and lower in perfect synchronization...
Or be adjusted
individually (one up, one down).
Encounter a height discrepancy between the front and rear locking points of the truck during loading? Simply adjust one side independently. With the wireless remote control in hand, a single person can manage the entire operation.
Minimal Footprint: Just Push It into a Corner When You're Done
This is the feature that satisfies many of our clients the most.
Flexible Mobility: For long-distance transport, use a forklift; for short distances, a single person can push it along—it glides smoothly whether pushing, pulling, or turning corners.
Easy Storage: Roll it out when you need it, and when the work is done, simply push it back into a corner or against a wall—it takes up absolutely no floor space.
It saves far more space than a fixed-position yard ramp ever could. Our warehouse isn't particularly large to begin with, so every bit of space we can save counts.
We use this equipment ourselves—every single day.
To be honest, this system was originally born out of necessity. Loading trucks was simply too slow and too dangerous, while standard yard ramps took up far too much space; so, we decided to take matters into our own hands and build a solution ourselves.
Now, we rely entirely on this system for all our outbound shipments. Whether we're shipping to Tianjin Port, the United States, or Mexico—this is the very equipment that handles the container loading for every single order.
Whenever clients visit our facility to observe the system in action, they invariably remark:
"Hearing is believing, but seeing is knowing."
If you, too, are fed up with the inefficiency and hazards associated with loading directly onto trucks, why not try a different approach: loading your containers while they sit firmly on the ground?
It takes just one minute to lower the container to ground level, and one hour to complete the loading process. It is safe, efficient, and takes up minimal space.
It is a loading and unloading experience truly worth having.
