Maintenance Guide for Welding Smoke Dust Removal System

1. Check the welding smoke and dust removal equipment before operation

Before running the welding smoke purification equipment every day, make preparations and check whether it can operate normally, such as whether the motor has any abnormal noise, whether the backwash device of the filter cartridge box can operate normally, and whether the sealing of the dust removal equipment is intact.

2. Regularly clean the welding smoke dust removal equipment

Although the equipment is equipped with an automatic blowback device, the blowback device cannot completely blow off the dust attached to the filter cartridge. So we need to regularly check the usage of the filter cartridge, which should be controlled within about a week. If there is obvious dust accumulation, we need to promptly carry out manual treatment. In addition, it is necessary to regularly clean the dust falling from the dust collection drawer.

3. Regularly inspect and replace damaged parts

This includes filter cartridges, filter fibers, and various sealing components for connections, as well as daily inspections of welding space arms, such as checking for loose screws
